Walter Cronkite dead at 92 - Tiger Woods misses cut at British Open

What more can be said. Walter Cronkite is the Gold Standard of for Journalism. This man's influence on the nation as "the most trusted man in America" spanned the birth of TV Journalism all the way to is contributions for the Huffington Post. He broke the mold.

As life would have it, Tiger Woods missed the cut at the British Open. This is only the second time in his professional career this has happened. You know it's a tough day when two of America's most famous people have a milestone convergence like this.

One more irony for good measure. Healthcare Reform on the ropes. Can a nation persevere?
